Integrate NextJS App with Google Chat API

I'm looking for an experienced developer who can connect my web application, built with NextJS, TypeScript, and MUI Material, to the Google Chat API. The integration should allow users to send Direct Messages (DMs) or Space messages, with a specific focus on these features.

Key Features:
- Send DM or Space messages
- Only notifications for Direct Messages
- Authentication through OAuth2
- Include functionality to attach files or images to messages.
- Implement threading to group related messages.
- Add a search feature to find specific messages or conversations.
- Allow users to react to messages with emojis.
- Provide read receipts to show when messages have been read.
- Allow users to set custom notifications for specific keywords or phrases.
- Add the ability to schedule messages to be sent at a later time.
- Support custom emojis for more personalized communication.

Please note, the application should mirror Google Chat's functionality as closely as possible. A strong understanding of the Google Chat API, as well as experience with real-time messaging applications, is highly desirable.

Include notifications for all Space messages.
