Install messenger application from open source code (this is the first part of a larger project)

Ideally you will have many years of building Javascript applications. The installation of the Signal messenger application is the first part of the job. All of the code is on GitHub https://github.com/search?q=signal The open source code that we are using is designed for desktop and mobile. We would like to have a version installed that works within a web browser.

Once the application is installed we can discuss modifications that we can make to it to make it better and we can discuss the cost of doing that additional work.
