I need a pre-loader with a 5-second stopwatch-style countdown timer incorporated into this webpage at staging.profitsharingprojects.com/carlist. It should be round and come in the middle of the page on top of everything and should disappear after the page is fully loaded behind it.
I can pay $10 for the completion of this task and 2 per hour for additional efforts.
Good communication is the hardest thing for me to find so please keep that in mind.
