Improvements to the Javascript and CSS on an existing website - www.fishycam.com

I need a hand with www.fishycam.com
I'm looking for:
* a slightly cropped view for mobile phones where users could pan around and zoom in and out.
(object-fit in CSS?). The videos are currrently 1080p but will be larger soon. I want a nice experience for mobile and desktop users. I'm not going to bother encoding in multiple formats though.
* Support for the video zooming in and out when Ctrl+ and Ctrl- zoom controls are used in the browser. Rather than the icons zooming in and out, which is a bit useless...
* Support for preloading the next Javascript file in RAM and appending it to the existing video. similar of MPEG-DASH and HLS. The basic way I do preloading now results in a little 0.5 second (roughly) flash of black when the next one is switched in. This is low priority though, the two jobs above are more important.
* No big javascript libraries if possible, I want this to be nice and small.
