Improve the interface/aesthetics of this CSS for a web based game (YOU MUST HAVE INTEREST IN RPG)

You must have an interest in RPG and be very competent in terms of CSS/HTML/JS.

I need the interface improving for the following:
- Player names above the players
- NPC names above the NPC
- Inventory Window
- Quest Window
- Trade Window

If you impress, I will have A LOT of further work for you.
