Improve Page Insight score/Core Web Vital score for one of my website

I have a travel website built in React JS and right now the Page insight score on Mobile for Homepage is 16 . I want to get it improved and make it reach near 80/90 . This needs to be done for Blog , Activity and Destination page on site .
