Improve Javascript loading speed

Hello, my website is using Opencart 3.0.3.2 e-commerce system and using Journal 3 official theme.
About the checkout page, it's using the extensions: x-shipping pro, x-payment pro.
At present, the loading speed of choosing product options/shipping methods/payment methods on the website is very slow. After each selection, you need to wait 2-3 seconds to display, or you need to select again to display.
This should be related to the loading speed of Javascript / SQL. Can anyone solve this problem?
