Improve Google Lighthouse Scores

We're looking for an expert to dig into our Google Lighthouse results and suggest (or implement) solutions that help improve key performance metrics. We're an eCommerce website, so there's a handful of third-party scripts that are loaded asynchronously (we don't have much control over), and use Gatsby.js / React on the front-end. We're around the 30-40 (out of 100) mark currently
