Implement turtle trading strategy in JS

The project is simple in terms of development by itself. I need a full working Turtle Trading Strategy implemented in pure JS ( not typescript). The module should take an array of OHLC candles as an input. As an output module should return wether the position should be increased ( how much), closed, or hold.
