Implement conditional logic (js custom code) to the mock-up of an assessment form in webflow
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Dear freelancer,
welcome to our project description.
A) Skill requirements
This project requires profound javascript and webflow skills.
B) Project deliverables
The project deliverable is a fully functional conditional logic embedded in our webflow designer with the following functionalities respectively extent:
1) The assessment form consists of 21 questions out of 7 areas while each area has 3 questions (7 areas x 3 questions = 21)
2) Each question has 5 static answers to choose from („never“, „seldom“, „sometimes“, „often“, „always“)
3) Each static answer has a corresponding value 1-5 (1 for "never", 2 for "seldom", ..., 5 for "always")
4) The form consists of an animated progress bar on the top (fill color of the bar is hex #0c81aa)
5) Since only 3 questions shall be shown at a time, a "next"-button at the bottom of the form leads through all the questions while a "back"-button leads to previous entries
6) Finally, at the end of the last question, a "show result"-button leads to 7 different result pages depending on the area that has the lowest calculated score e.g. area no six has the lowest score "3" because the user answered "never" to all three corresponding questions of this area (1 + 1 + 1 = 3)
7) In the unlikely case that there is more than one area with a lowest score, one of the areas with lowest score should be selected randomly by the logic.
C) Scope information:
1) All 21 question and the graphical mock-up in webflow (see attachment) will be provided by us
2) The result pages themselves are out of scope of the project
D) Optional
1) Ideally, the content shall still be editable in webflow afterwards
If you are interested in this small project, I am looking forward to receive your proposal.
Thanks and Regards
Christian
