Implement Chrome plugin to grab data from current page and do a post on demand
Budget: $2 – $15 USD
we search for a very experienced chrome plugin developer for implementing one plugin for multiple browsers
support required (in decreasing priority)
- chrome
in later milestones:
- firefox
- edge (shall not be that tricky due to chrome)
- safari
- chromium (shall not be that tricky due to chrome)
The plugin shall react activate on specific domains and grab details from a service listing page
This grabbing occurs only on hovering over a given product. As a Qualifi-question answer result of our formula in your bid
on hovering a popup opens after a deferred time about 500ms
on popup following page data is getting grabbed
- URL of the product
- product ID
- review count
- stats of the product (will be shared)
and displayed in the popup
in parallel to the popup
a REST API is getting called with a POST and containing all details which have been grabbed
Additionally some details shall be modifiable on the popup like:
- personal 1<selectBox>
- personal2 <selectBox>
- a submit personal
after submit the additional details are getting posted too, with the same previous api call
MS1:
- implement a first MVP/POC for chrome as explained above
MS-later (not part of this bid)
- provide changes
- implement for other browsers too
- formula is 24/8

Delivery:
- use yeoman/generator-chrome-extension (BDD, + your recommendations)
- in our git (access will be shared after award)
- clean coding in terms of javascript common coding standards
- available BDD/unit tests, to run tests for backend calls
Paid-Test-Task:
- we will assign you a paid test task with about 2h effort for experienced developers. After success we will award you the rest of the project
