Image uploader with preview and delete option

I am only looking for an individual. So only bid if you are an individual. I will ignore any other proposal so please don't waste my time.
I am after someone with good knowledge in HTML 5 / JavaScript / jQuery to make me an image uploader. The image uploader can be used to upload an image and present the selected image in a preview, with an option to remove the image as well.
All together I require 7 images to collect. So I am hoping you could show it in a grid layout. 1 image followed up 3 images and then again 3 lots of images.
