Image Editing/Image Extracting in Angular7/Dot net Core

This is an image editing project on a Web-based platform. The user will be able to upload an image to the website (Angular 7 base). Afterward, the user will be able to select with a green line which area it should keep and select with a red line which area to be removed. Once all are selected need to perform removing objects dynamically from the image and save them as a new updated image.
This is similar to https://www.fotor.com/photo-editor-app/editor/basic editing the image. The screenshot of the rotor option and the requirement screenshot is attached to this.
We are expecting the project to be finished ASAP (within 1 month)
