I'm seeking a professional to assist in the creation of an IPTV stream focused on live TV channels.
Key Requirements:
- Set up an IPTV stream for live TV channels.
- Ensure the stream is accessible on Smart TVs, Mobile devices, and Web browsers.
- Incorporate an Electronic Program Guide (EPG) into the service.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

I can get the m3u list to work locally however when I try add to Kodi or similar it makes each episode its own channel rather than a live stream.
I would like to add more shows as different channels also
