ICTM: Interactive Cellular Technology Map
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
This project is for development of a prototype ICTM - an interactive three-dimensional online map of telecom technologies.
We are seeking a method (WebGL & Javascript) of implementing the prototype to be developed within a browser.
The attached documentation contains the photo of a physical 2D technology map that is a good idea of what we are seeking to replicate with this ICTM prototype.
- The user of this prototype should be able to zoom, pan, flip, rotate, and drag the map
- The user of this prototype should also be able to interact with the various elements of the map via hover over (mouseover) or click (mouse click) for displaying additional info in the form of "tool tips" or other, as outlined within the documentation

Upon successful completion of this prototype demonstrating the viability of this concept - we will look forward to continuing with with a new project to begin in January 2022 for full scale development of the final ICTM, which will allow 2D- and 3D viewing of the complete set of systems within the entire cellular technology stack (2G - 6G).
