Hybrid Technical Interviewer & Delivery Engineer Needed

Our projects are delivered by a private network of experienced engineers, while client-facing technical leadership is handled by dedicated team members.

To support growth, we are hiring a **Hybrid Technical Interviewer & Delivery Engineer** who combines **hands-on technical contribution** with **interviewing and client-facing responsibilities**.

## About the Role

This is a **hybrid technical role** designed for developers who want to:

- Continue **writing code**
- Participate in **technical interviews**
- Be involved in **architecture discussions**
- Act as a **technical point of contact** for clients

You are **not a recruiter** and **not a proxy**.

You are a **real member of the delivery team** with direct technical contribution.

Typical workload split:

- **50–70%** coding / architecture / technical contribution
- **30–50%** interviews, technical discussions, and client communication

## Responsibilities

### Technical Contribution

- Contribute code to active projects (feature development, fixes, reviews, or architecture work)
- Participate in system design and technical decision-making
- Review pull requests and provide technical feedback
- Maintain understanding of the full system being delivered

### Interview & Pre-Sales

- Participate in or lead technical interviews with clients
- Answer stack-specific technical questions
- Join live coding or system design sessions when required
- Represent delivery capability accurately and professionally

### Delivery & Client Communication

- Act as a technical contact for assigned projects
- Help clarify requirements and scope
- Provide clear progress updates to clients
- Coordinate closely with other delivery engineers

You will **never** be expected to invent experience or misrepresent skills.

## Required Technical Background

You must have **2–5 years of professional development experience** with **hands-on production code**.

### Frontend

- JavaScript (ES6+)
- React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Experience integrating with APIs

### Backend – Node.js

- Node.js
- REST APIs
- Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

### Backend – Python

- Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- RESTful APIs
- Authentication and ORM concepts

### Backend – PHP

- Laravel or Symfony
- MVC architecture
- API development

### Backend – C#

- ASP.NET / .NET Core
- Web APIs
- Dependency injection

You do **not** need to be full-stack, but you must understand how frontend and backend systems work together.
