Human body 3D modeling .. Javascript

So from a camera feed i need an algorithm to generate a human model of a person standing in front of it with detecting male from female. For the measurements, basically the model needs to capture the person's actual measurements. So if a male is wearing a thick jacket, the model should not care about the jacket and subtract it from the body measurements
