Human Activity Recognition app

"Budget is 25$ fixed", Looking for a developer with experience in Flutter, TensorFlow Lite, WebRTC server, Flask API or JavaScript API to integrate a pre-existing Flutter-based live video camera app with a pre-trained TensorFlow Lite model for video classification. The developer will be responsible for using either Flask API or JavaScript API to merge the two technologies and creating a WebRTC server to transmit the video. The goal is to create a powerful, user-friendly application that can classify videos in real-time. Strong understanding of machine learning, computer vision and WebRTC is required.
