HubSpot Views API / Programmatic Integration

I'm seeking a seasoned developer for a custom API integration project. The goal is to gain programmatic access to views (lists) of deals in HubSpot. The HubSpot API currently does not support this, so a creative solution is required.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience with HubSpot API and HubSpot integration
- Proficiency in JavaScript
I need someone to create a POC for how to do this, prove that it can scale as part of a larger solution, and explain how it can withstand upgrades/changes (is not fragile).
