How to use fb api for posting in 3 or more groups

i have a url where it shows info in json, once the value in that json changes to 0 the script should take the information and post in facebook groups. all is using npm fb javascript
i will store the groups in an array and then it will check the api and if it changes you will use a foreach function to post in each group from array value
