Houzez Listing Card Redesign

I need the listing card in my WordPress site (running the Houzez theme) rebuilt to match mockup I will provide. the job is to add 3 custom fields on listing card this is all about tweaking the card template itself and any supporting CSS or template-tags necessary.

The work should be done in a child theme
Deliverables
• Modified listing-card PHP template(s) reflecting the new layout
• Associated CSS/SCSS and any minimal JS required for interactive states
• Instructions for importing the updated card into staging and then production
• A quick walkthrough video or screenshots confirming responsive checks
