Hook up React form fields to Mongo Cloud & host at Cloudflare -- 2

1. Must know React WELL and Cloud Mongo NOT local Mongo.
2. All front end pages are developed.
3. All back end code is developed just need to hook it up.
4. Need to add authentication for frontend and backend.
5. Cloud Mongo integration.
6. NEED To ADD - Login, MY ACCOUNT and LOGOUT to header.
7. NEED To ADD - STARS on RECALL PAGE for recalls submitted by US State. Stars on the map of the State where there is a recall like https://simplemaps.com/us-examples#markers
8. Must publish to cloudflare.com
