Homepage Revamp: HTML to Shopify Conversion

I need a skilled Shopify developer who is proficient in converting existing HTML templates to Shopify. I have an HTML-based homepage that I want to integrate into my Shopify store.
Key requirements for the project are:
- Ensuring the Slideshow, Product Carousel, and Video Background are functioning properly on Shopify.
- Safely carrying over the Carousel display function from the HTML template.
Ideal candidates should have demonstrable expertise in HTML, CSS, and Shopify development. Familiarity with Javascript would be beneficial too due to the Carousel display function. Laravel experience is a plus. This task will require in-depth understanding of Shopify's platform, as well as solid skills in turning HTML coding into a fully functional Shopify front end.
