Investors
Sellers (Individuals/Developers)
Clicking a CTA triggers a modal overlay or portal transition to a dedicated sub-landing page.
Segmented Sub-Landing Pages:
Each modal should act as a unique experience, tailored to its user category, while maintaining brand consistency.
Calculator Integration:
A basic calculator code base will be provided.
The freelancer must integrate, style, and test the calculator to match the design and ensure it functions seamlessly inside Framer.
Performance Requirements:
Final page load under 2.5 seconds (optimized for Core Web Vitals — LCP, FID, CLS).
Fully responsive across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
Use Framer-native components as much as possible to maintain speed.
Design & UX Expectations:
Clean, modern, user-centered design.
Smooth micro-interactions and modal transitions without performance compromise.
Logical content structure and brand-aligned visuals.
