Home Assistant Bluetooth plugin

I am looking to make a new device plugin for home assistant that can be submitted for release in GitHub. You can submit it for release as part of this project. Looking to make a plugin for a device that uses Bluetooth and takes control from a web app using browser ble controls. You can link to Java script files for control from web app. Looking to map all controls to home assistant.
