Highcharts - tooltip configuration for plotlines

I need someone to configure the tooltip for existing plotlines with Highcharts. Rite now, tooltip is shown only for the first plotline. Task is to make tooltip show for all plotlines.
This is a blazor project, so you will be working in c# and bit of JavaScript. The ideal person for this project should have experience in configuring Highcharts tooltip for plotlines and c#.
The configuration required is for the tooltip only and does not involve the creation of new plotlines. I already have plotlines that need to be worked with.
