Highcharts.js custom library

Looking for someone who has expertise in Javascript and in-depth knowledge about highcharts.js library. we have an existing project or Highchart module with all custom design feature but it needs upgradation to latest version along with proper functioning of features such as axis options , zoom in and out, data selection , etc
