High level Angular expert to build UI component -- 2

Develop new user/permissions UI for Angular Application

Code and relevant unit testing for the feature described above.

I need a developer fluent in Angular/Typescript and good with UI/UX.

I will provide object models for a user, an organization, and permissions; and a component with a form that inputs user profile information.

I need two things:

1. A "Create User" workflow where a person creates a user, and then fill out their profile. I will also need an 'edit profile' component.

2. A user permissions interface, where an admin in an organization can do the following:

- Add users to the organization's workspace

- Remove users from the organization's workspace

- Assign users scope/role to "Learners" in the system (ie if "Betty" is a learner, then the admin should be able to assign "Sally" admin rights over Betty's content)

- A view showing a table of learners in a workspace, and users assigned to each learner (with their role)


The UI/UX will need to work with our translation setup - I primarily operate in English and Brazilian-Portuguese.

The project is not expected to handle state management, or API calls. The project will only need to call the service functions which will handle backend communication.
