Help with google app script

I have a bunch of javascript code in a google app script. It for an automated report that I have built. There seems to be an issue that when I manually run the script in google apps it works properly but when it runs from the trigger something seems to go wrong... (Budget: $25 - $50 USD, Jobs: Google Apps Scripts, JavaScript)
