Help with JS Loop get form values

I have written some JS to get the form values on change, and I want to display a selection of the values on a review step of the multi step form. I have an issue with the loop which is displaying undefined multiple times until the value is entered, and then after that will keep repeating that value every time another input is entered.

You will need to work in the browser console and I will send clearer instructions and an example image along with a copy of the script to the successful bidder.
