Help debug a javascript / jquery issue

Looking for someone who can help debug a javascript / jquery issue. It is related to a jquery dialog that is firing in a call from one place, but not from the other. The challenge here is that you won't have access to the system itself, you will be walking me through issues I run into. We can spend an hour or so going through this, bid as if you were going to spend an hour of time with me on chat. Please state in your bid that you understand what I am looking for, generic project bids will be ignored.
