Help me to configure locomotive scroll JS

I need someone to help me with Locomotive Scroll, I need one that know this library very well or is good in Javascript. What is not working is, the mobile and the desktop version, are not similiar. One time the Desktop works and one time the mobile. I wanna have Desktop Horizontal scrolling and on mobile normal scrolling.
