Help on Javascript to improve pagespeed for Shopify Store
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
Come up with Javascript code to improve page speed.
The idea is to defer the loading of other javascript or codes (including CSS) on pages until a visitor starts to scroll.
The javascript code should fit in here:

I need the javascript also apply when rendering a liquid. E.g. {% render 'xxx' %}
The details of other javascript or other code will be provided. (detail instruction on adding additional script or code also need to be provided, so the code should be easy and optimised)
Other than listing your price, please also put your suggestion on how to get the javascript done in Shopify.
Further work on page speed improvement may be awarded depending on the progress of this project.
