Help Getting an existing WebGL / SMS Project back up and running

I have a public facing project that asks for SMS input using Twilio which then uses the Wikipedia API to search for the term and find it's location on a 3D globe. Currently the project is up and running but there's something wrong with the backend where the globe is not seeing the incoming messages. I need someone who can help me hook up the globe to the messages again so that the system works. This should not take a lot of time if you have experience with WebGL, MYSQL, SMS/Twilio, and other web skills. The project budget is $10
