Help me Build google extension from A-Z

I am looking for an experienced developer to help me build an extension for Google Chrome from A-Z. The language of choice is up to the developer, but ideally Java, JavaScript, or Python would be used. I am flexible with the timeline; once hired, the developer and I can discuss the expected length of the project.
