Helium Longfi Lorawan Device MQTT Custom integration Application Server development

We have a custom lorawan smart water meter and custom smart circuit prototypes added and registered to the Helium Console. We need created a custom integration for the data decorder MQTT integration. This will including the creation of a custom application server with custom dashboard to display the data from the water meters as well as billing functions, device onboarding functions , reports etc. this application server will be Multi Organization capable. This will be a complete application server solution including end user IOS and Android apps.
