HTML template using <div> tags, CSS code & JavaScript

I am looking to Create a simple and responsive HTML template using <div> tags, CSS code & JavaScript

● Header
● Left Sidebar & main section
● Footer
In Header, show logo in centre, search option, cart button at the right, and 4 static links & 1
hyperlink link that takes to category page (all links should be below the logo). Highlight the
static links while hovering over it.
Left Sidebar, show 3 static blocks - Sidebar should also be collapsed
Main Section, Insert a slider with images. Show simple login form with submit button.
Footer, Show some static links.
Category page
Show product images with its name, upon clicking them takes to a product page. (minimum 3
products)
Include a simple header and footer.
Product page
Show name of product, product images (minimum 3), price and add to cart button.
Include a simple header and footer.
