Above each building there is a summary, how many windows are on, how many are off, what percentage of the building's windows are lit. (Each building has 24 apartments)
At the bottom of the page there is a percentage that indicates how many percent of lit windows there are from all the buildings together, all the buildings together have 120 apartments.
