HTML/JavaScript Quotation Tool Development

I need a Configuration-Pricing-Quotation (CPQ) tool built using HTML and JavaScript for my website (to be run in Sharepoint). This tool is aimed at generating offers for physical products.

Key Requirements:
- Selection of customer data, sales manager data, terms and conditions
- Price calculation based on selected options
- configuration of the components
- Price calculation based on selected options
- Pricing based on an Excel price list for standard products or manual entry for non-standard products
-Generation of Technical Datasheet File based on existing excel file.
- Automatic generation of PDF quotes, adding general terms and conditions (existing pdf document).
- The tool must be able to generate offers in 4 languages (text is provided for each one).
- User login and account management - optional.


Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
- Experience with PDF generation and user authentication
- Familiarity with integrating Excel data into web applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
