HTML Forms for Google Sheets Integration
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for a professional who can create 2 HTML forms for me. The first form should collect Name and Phone Number, while the second form should gather Team Name and two phone numbers (phone 1 and phone 2). The examples in the notes are what we need.
Key Requirements:
- One form collecting general user information and another capturing team details.
It must be able to be embedded into a hostinger website via iframe ect.
- Implement validation rules specifically for phone numbers. The forms should ensure that the entered phone numbers are valid.
Phone Numbers must have a +1 country code added when sent to google sheets
- All submissions should automatically update my Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HTML and Google Sheets API.
- Experience in form validation and data handling.
- Prior experience creating HTML forms is a plus.
Please note that the second form will collect information from teams, so the design should be intuitive and easy to use. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver clean, functional code that meets all these specifications.
