HTML5 Canvas + Video

We are looking for someone experienced with HTML5 Canvas, and especially in terms of video editing and rendering using canvas.

Requirements:
- Help with debugging and solving issues related to canvas+videos in existing application (a web based video editor)

Skill set preferred:
- HTML5 Canvas manipulation (preferably in terms of videos)
- React
- Web/Browser based video editing using canvas (optional)

Please mention and provide link references for any projects that you may have done using above mentioned technologies.
