HTML/CSS Development - Long Term

We need a Front End Developer (HTML, CSS, JS Only) to develop our front end (HTML & CSS & JS) from Figma Wireframes.

Development must be:
* Responsive - Desktop, Tablet, Mobile
* Tested and perfect across all main browsers: Safari, Chrome, Edge etc
* Tested and perfect across all main screen sizes: Desktop, Tablets, Mobile etc
* Tested and perform well against criteria in Google Page Speed

Importantly you must be able to develop this without using Bootstrap or any other CSS Library or Framework.

Just HTML/CSS/JS development using modern Flex Layouts.

You must:
* Be familiar with GIT / Bit Bucket
* Be familiar with JIRA and Slack
