I need a PHP script that can check the contents of an html page, find the cookies, give user to determine if these are necessary, tracking, statistics, etc , with an easy click click process, and finally generate an independent (ie no outside links on it) script to get cookie consent for GDPR and US privacy compliance that I can use EASILY on all my websites. (html-css websites).
