Key Features:
- Attendance Tracking: The system should monitor employee attendance in real-time.
- Performance Appraisal: This feature will allow managers to assess employee performance over time.
- Leave Management: The system should manage employee leave requests and balances.
- The feature should streamline the process of onboarding new employees, including document submission and orientation.
- The system should allow tracking of employee working hours and productivity.
- Include a module for managing employee offboarding procedures and exit interviews.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Angular and Node.js.
- Prior experience in developing HRMS or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of employee management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
