HIDE table lines if input values are empty when submitting form

I built a form using JetFormBuilder and to submit its content I'm using a HTML script. Now because there are so many lines I would like that ONLY the lines that have a value in them will show in the email (instead of ALL the lines). Should only require a few lines of jQuery or Javascript code. See attached script + sample email
