HERE Maps GPS Data -- 2
Budget: £150 – £500 GBP
** Experience with HERE Maps (https://developer.here.com/) is a requirement for this job **
I require a HERE Maps HTML/Javascript script making up to visualise GPS data points.
There is GPS data points every 15-60 seconds. e.g. data from 13:00-22:00 every 15-60 seconds will have a lat/lng
The purpose of this is a simple script really which will take the GPS data points and plot them on a map, e.g.
53.593940,-2.289550
53.593974,-2.290025
53.594476,-2.290172
53.594549,-2.290527
53.594102,-2.291193
53.592573,-2.292751
53.591028,-2.295452
53.591077,-2.296144
53.590654,-2.299429
53.590653,-2.299429
53.590653,-2.299430
53.590672,-2.299454
The number of GPS data points can be in their thousands. The color should change depending on where in the "journey" it is and all GPS data points should have a polyline made and that poly should be snapped to the road.
See image below, you will see the red dots are the GPS data, snapping them to roads is easier, however the rest of the poly will need to be snapped to the road.
Data such as above will be POST to this script.
The script will have to take the lat/lng values, and work out a poly line.
That poly line will have to be snapped to the nearest road
The polyline should have a colour gradient change from light (top of lat/lng) to dark (bottom of lat/lng).
The final lat lng should have a car icon displayed on it.
The map should zoom out to ensure the whole route is visible
There should be a javascript function made to be able to "move" the car to the next lat/lng, adding to the polyline and ensuring the new polyline is snapped to road
I have had lots of timewasters on a previous job posts for similar - please only bid your offer
