I’m looking for a developer to build a clean, web-based guitar tuner app that uses live pitch detection (via microphone input) to detect notes played on a guitar in real time. It should be mobile-friendly and fast-loading.
Core Features:
• Microphone access to detect guitar pitch
• Visual feedback on which string/note is being played
• Works in Chrome + Safari
• Built using JavaScript (can use Pitchy, ml5.js, or Web Audio API)
• Must work without requiring server-side code
• Hosted on a simple platform like Replit, GitHub Pages, or Netlify
Bonus Features (if simple to add):
• Points/streak tracking
• Feedback popups when a note is played correctly
• Clean, customizable UI
What I’ll Provide:
• Sample UI mockup
• Branding/colors/fonts
• Reference apps (like Yousician or Fender Tune)
