GraphML to JS Web Conversion with Enhancements
Budget: £36 – £0 GBP
I'm seeking a developer who can convert a GraphML file into JavaScript placed within a simple webpage to display a binary tree structure, and incorporate additional features:
- editable node attributes that are viewable as node labels and tooltip contents
- user can change the depth of the tree that is visible at any time, within the maximum possible in a default tree that is built in (see attached file)
- other functions to be discussed e,g summation of binary attribute values of each node in a branch
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in JavaScript and GraphML
- Experienced in web development
- Skilled in creating data visualisations, particularly network visualisations
- Knowledgeable about node-link diagrams
Main Tasks:
- Convert GraphML file to JavaScript
- Implement within a web page
- Integrate functionalities as described ,focusing on network visualisation through node-link diagrams
Context. I have made some progress with these tasks using Claiude AI, but have been constrained by its size limit for code generation, and my own ignorance of JS
Please include interactive elements within the network visualisation.
