Google Sheets Script to Create Google Calendar Events

I need someone to write a Google Sheets script in Javascript that does the following:
- Creates a google calendar event when a new row is added into the sheet for one calendar
- When one field is populated in that same row it will delete the original calendar event and replace in a different calendar with the same details
