I am seeking a proficient programmer to develop a Google Sheets script or function capable of automating the process of comparing data from one column with information extracted from a PDF file. Specifically, I require assistance with the following tasks:

Data Extraction: Extracting relevant data from a PDF file.
Data Comparison: Comparing the extracted PDF data with information stored in a specific column within Google Sheets.
Automated Data Entry: Automating the process of inputting specific values into designated cells within Google Sheets based on matches between the PDF data and Google Sheets data.
Serial Number Assignment: Implementing a counter to assign serial numbers based on the order of products listed in the PDF. For instance, the first product listed in the PDF would be assigned a serial number of 1, the second product would have a serial number of 2, and so forth.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Google Apps Script and JavaScript.
